"I have a college degree in Business Administration and knew the ins and outs of basic Microsoft office applications and used them very effectively. Mostly PowerPoint, Word & Excel. I was always the go-to guy to help others in the office fine tune their presentations, documents and troubleshoot if they were having a computer issue. "Before ComputerTraining.com, I had a basic knowledge of computers. I knew how to make files and folders and surf the net. I always had an interest in computers, but I thought I wouldn't be smart enough to ever learn about them. "Working in the automotive industry for fourteen years in dead-end jobs, I was ready for a change. So I joined the Army Reserves for a change of scenery. After completion of my training I knew that the automotive field was out, so I kicked around a few more dead-end jobs in search of a school that could fulfill my desire to learn.
